Jeff Baidoo

Mr. Baidoo hit on a different aspect of the sports offices. That is the side that deals with the fans and makes sure they are happy. Customer service can be the hardest thing to do because you are constantly dealing with different personalities and we all know that some people can be very hard to please. He described his job as a "work hard play hard" type of job. The general manager has to deal with petty athletes once in a while, but Jeff Baidoo had to deal with petty customers every day.
